How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once an order has been shipped, standard or free delivery generally takes 3-10 business days. Other faster methods are available at checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
Where are you located?
The Rainworks headquarters is in Seattle, WA, USA. Every bottle of Invisible Spray and stencil is made and shipped from our warehouse here in Seattle.
Do you offer international shipping?
YES! We ship orders to creative people all over the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary depending on your location, and the quantity of your order. When you place on order on our website, you will be able to calculate the cost of shipping on the checkout page before you pay.
International customers please take note: Some international orders may require additional tax & duties fees. These tax & duties fees are determined by your local customs agency, and unfortunately, we have no way of predicting them. Customers are responsible for any additional tax and duties fees that might occur.
Do you have any distributors in my country?
At this time, all orders are packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Seattle, WA, USA, and we do not have distributors in any other locations.
It is our plan to eventually set up distribution in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Canada so we can reduce the shipping costs for our international customers (it is, after all, our mission to spread smiles around the world) but at this time we are still a small company and these are more long-term goals. We’re not quite ready for that level of expansion yet, but we’re working towards it.
