Making a rainwork is easy once you know the steps:
Sweep off a surface that changes color when wet (most sidewalk concrete works great!)
Lightly Spray Invisible Spray through a stencil or paint it onto the surface.
Wait for the rainwork to turn invisible, then wait for the rain or splash water on it to reveal it!
Caution: Making rainworks may cause joy and delight for you and your neighbors.
Invisible Spray 2.0 is non-toxic to the environment! You still shouldn’t drink it though.

Long-Lasting
Rainworks typically last 2-4 months (though we have seen some last as long as a year under ideal conditions). They are most vivid for the first few weeks, and gradually grow more subtle over time.
Easily Removeable
Rainworks do not damage the surface they are on, and they can be easily removed by scrubbing the surface with any eco-friendly cleaning product.
Totally Invisible When Dry
Unlike most superhydrophobic coatings, Invisible Spray completely undetectable when dry (if used as directed). You can’t see, feel, or smell a difference.

My first Rainworks project was to call some attention to our Little Free Library (because rainy weather is good reading weather, right?!). I painted it on and it worked like a charm!
Next up: making a dinosaur footprint stencil for the sidewalk at school to guide and delight kids walking to the bus!

I teach at a middle school not far from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. On February 14, 2018, many members of our school community lost friends and neighbors. As part of the grieving process, a group of my 8th-grade art students collaborated to create this 4' x 8' Rainwork, which they installed at our school and a nearby elementary school. 🖤
As a middle school art teacher, I used Rainworks with a group of students to created a Rainwork for our Black Lives Matter month of action. The product went on very quickly and easily (we used it on smooth, clean sidewalk) and dried completely invisible. It didn't rain for a few days and when it finally did rain, the piece was a huge conversation starter for everyone who was getting off of the school buses. The area where we put it receives heavy daily foot traffic and the design has lasted over a month. It was the perfect material for the project and message we had in mind. 10/10 would purchase again in the future or recommend to other organizations with similar projecs in mind.
I love this on my patio! My son did it for me, he did say they were hard to bunch out though. But will get more and we are doing some (secretly) for family. Thank you for such a great idea!!

An invisible poem has been applied to 13.5 meters of paving stones in the garden of De Bieslandhof nursing home in Delft. The residents and visitors can conjure up the poem with a zinc watering can.
The title of the poem is: What words want.

This was such a cool way to surprise my son on his graduation day! It was during covid when so many options to celebrate were off the table — no parties, no family visiting, etc. This was such a fun way to mark the day — and two years later, it’s still there! Lucky we remain super proud of him!

So cool! I was able to make some fun gifts for friends with this stuff. Worked really well. I’d recommend using a hairdryer to speed up the drying process if you’re in a rush. Also definitely be sure to clean the surface if you can, isopropyl alcohol works great!

We have been running this street art project for a few years now with my grade-9 students at Collège Saint-Charles-Garnier in Quebec City. It is a wonderful collaborative project that brings smiles to the community around the school.

Thank you for the kind review!! FYI, you should be able to make several more, you don't need spray half the bottle for this stencil. When you spray, just keep the bottle protected from the wind and do very light, even strokes! It should only take about 6-8 sprays per coat.
It was very nice, and it is just the pilot of a bigger project!
This is me being videoed while I sprayed the smiley face by another employee entrance into City Hall and really like the larger spray bottle to do more stencil's cost effectively plus the sprayer was easier to work with.

We have 5 grown kids and 13 grandkids and we adopted our youngest granddaughter when she was only 3 months old. She is 8 years old now and i got this spray for her. She loved it and we had a blast watching her stencils come to life when it rained.!! ❣️ Now our neighbor wants them for her grandkids.! A very sweet story… My neighbor and I sprayed the butterfly stencil as a surprise for our 92 year old neighbor. She saw it when it rained. Then of course it disappeared when it dried. She was so disappointed and wanted to know what happened to her butterfly! My neighbor Barbara spoke to her at great length on the phone, trying to explain what happened to the butterfly, to no avail of her understanding…so this video was our way of showing her butterfly. Now she pointed out a few other places where she wants more butterflies. This really made my day.

Worked extremely well! I used it for a scavenger hunt type puzzle and the puzzlers were extremely excited when they got the reveal. Great product!
I LOVE this product! I'm obsessed and definitely going to order the larger bottle now! I used the I ♥️ Rain stencil first and was very successful! My 5yr old helped with holding our cardboard wind blocker, too. Then he made a small heart, spraying it himself.
After much thought, I created a positive, rainy day message for the kids at the bus stop! In the video, you see our reveal of "Make A Splash!" I used a cardboard stencil that I cut myself. And we just barely had enough! (I actually wish we had just a little more for the bottom of it to really show up.)
Each of the 3 artworks received 2 coats, to give you an idea of how far a little starter bottle will go! I can't wait to order the big one and make rainworks all over the community!
I made a handicap accessible shower and used your product to write a message for my husband. It works great and now I can’t wait to try it out on my driveway, patio, sidewalk… you get the idea.

Our local art park, Boardman Art Park in Delaware, Ohio recently had it's 3rd annual CREATE! event that invites the public to help make art that will either be part of permanent exhibit in the park or something that can be taken home. This year's theme was the elements: fire, earth, water, and wind. I used your spray on stencils that I created and placed around the park. At intervals throughout the day, I had people take tiny cups of water, surround the area where the invisible art was, and splashed it to reveal the words. It worked beautifully!
This product is amazing! We did a design for our daughter who is afraid of thunderstorms a full year ago and it still shows up on our walkway (not many feet pass this part). She now looks forward to the rain so she can see her message.

I used Rainworks as a key feature in my university project. I study Child Culture Design in Sweden and I was researching puddle play and rain play in general. The outcome is the Puddle Discovery mobile app in combination with city floor graphics that become visible only when it rains.
I was really happy with how the spray worked and lasted, but the shipping and paying customs made this product more than 3 times the price, which was unfortunate for the size of the bottle.
I would recommend the product but for smaller Rainworks and for domestic orders:)
Think this was a really cool and new idea for gender reveal ! My best didn’t like any of the traditional ways to reveal. I saw your video and thought this would be awesome way to reveal it ! It being frost time use a better stop could have been picked but it was great !

We have been using Rainworks products for the past 4-5 years. This is our 3rd year of doing a project we call Rainworks Bingo. We have merchants that pay to be on the bingo card. Participants in the Bingo game don't pay anything but go location to location, wet down the sidewalk until they find the art. Take a photo of it. Go into the store, show the photo and the store puts a Rotary sticker on their square. Once the Bingo Card is complete they mail it in and at the end we draw from the completed cards and award prizes. The game runs for about 3 months. A great family activity
My first try at rain works! I love it so much! Super easy to apply. I used the heart stencil from the starter pack. I can’t wait to use more stencils around the pool in high splash areas to bring some extra surprise and joy to pool time!

It's very easy, so I recommend it for beginners.
We turned ours into a dinosaur water gun treasure hunt. We took various stones and placed them all around the yard and whoever revealed the most Dino’s first won. The photo is of a larger one we did in driveway as a starting point. The kids loved it and it was something different. You can get so creative with this. Go make art!
We poured the invisible spray into a cup and used paintbrushes to paint some rainworks at the park! It was drying so fast it was hard to tell where we had painted. We poured water on them only like 5 minutes after we painted them. Looked like magic, frickin loved it
